How do I upgrade to Pro?
Log in to your account, go to Settings, and click "Upgrade to Pro". You can pay monthly and cancel anytime.
How do I export my subscribers?
Go to the Audience section in your dashboard and click "Export CSV". Your subscriber list will download immediately.
When do I get paid for tips and sales?
Payouts are processed through Stripe Connect. Once connected, funds are transferred to your bank account on a rolling basis (typically 2-7 business days).
Can I use a custom domain?
Custom domains are not currently supported. Your page is accessible at kept.bio/username.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings and scroll to the bottom to find the "Delete Account" option. This action is permanent and will remove all your data.
